The History of Our Company

Medical billing is a time consuming challenge. We know. In 1999, one of our founders started a medical practice that handled much of the business operation in-house but used an outsourced billing company. This experience with an outsourced billing company taught us tough lessons about the difficulty of working with people at a remote location. It was frustratingly inefficient. Moving the billing operation in-house brought its own challenges that doctors know all too well. Dealing with patients, insurance companies, and providers takes an enormous amount of time and effort. Too often, receivables go up and at some point, are written off as it just isn’t worth the effort getting past the red tape to collect unpaid funds.

Over the course of a decade, we developed highly efficient, successful methods for implementing in-house billing, medical IT management, and credentialing and payer services that we are now sharing with doctors throughout the United States. Reliant Billing Services is born out of the successful medical practice management systems perfected over these years. We understand the challenges of running a medical practice.
