After Cigna was purchased by Priority Health, their billing guidelines drastically changed. The client didn’t immediately recognize the changes, which contributed to growing accounts receivables. We identified the issue, and re-submitted all impacted claims.
Primary outcomes of this study:
- A 95% reduction in Cigna accounts receivables
- Most claims were resolved within a year
- Over 100 successful resubmissions
